Self contained two rooms set out as a double bedroom and sitting room, en suite, toilet, shower etc. Both rooms are decorated to a very high standard, the bedroom has a TV, trouser press and a hair dryer.

There is a music system and a LCD flat screen TV in the sitting room.
There is an area with a fridge and tea making facilities.
